Here's everything you need to know about our simple exchange and return policy.
Our Policy in a Nutshell
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to let us know about any issue.
- Exchanges for a different size are free. We'll handle the return pickup and send the new size at no extra cost.
- We only offer a refund for defective or damaged products.
- Please note that all returns for a refund will have a ₹100 reverse pickup fee deducted.
- All items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible.
How to Start an Exchange or Return
To initiate a request, simply email us at info@slynk.co.in with your order details.
Exchanges (For size issues or wrong product received)
If you've received the wrong size or product, don't worry! We've got you covered.
- Timeline: You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Free Exchange: We'll arrange a free reverse pickup of the item and ship you the correct size or product of the same value.
- Pricing Difference: If you're exchanging for an item of higher value, you will be asked to pay the price difference online.
Important: For an exchange to be processed, the item must be in its original, unused condition with the original sticker label attached. It should be properly folded and packaged to avoid damage during transit. Any product that has been used or washed cannot be exchanged.
Returns & Refunds (For defective or damaged products)
We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, we will issue a refund.
- How to Claim: Please email us at info@slynk.co.inwithin 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective product.
- Return Charge: Please note that a ₹100 charge for the return pickup service will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Verification: Once we verify the defect, we will arrange a reverse pickup and process your refund.
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order or to your provided bank account.
Note: If we determine the defect was caused by any action or omission on your part (e.g., accepting a visibly damaged package or improper handling), we will not be responsible for the refund.
Important Exclusions
- We can only process one exchange or return request per order.
- Any product that has been used or washed is not eligible for an exchange or refund.
- Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund (only exchanges).
- Please note that the T-shirt's color and design may vary slightly from those displayed on our website, social media pages, and ads. We cannot process returns or refunds for these minor variations.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet our policy criteria.
