Shipping Policy

We don't use owls or magic carpets to deliver our tees (yet!), but our shipping is pretty close.

Here's a no-nonsense guide to how your order will magically appear at your door.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship products within 24 to 48 working hours.

Once shipped, orders within India are typically delivered in 5-7 working days. Please note that for some areas, like parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

These timelines are estimates, and occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen factors like public holidays or extreme weather. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you a tracking number to your email address as soon as your order ships. This tracking link will let you follow your package's journey to your doorstep. If you haven't received it, please contact us at info@slynk.co.in.

Which courier companies do you use?

We work with reliable courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart and others, to ensure your order is delivered safely, depending on your address pin code.

What if tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

This is a rare situation, but it can happen. Before contacting us, we suggest you check with family members, neighbors, or your office mailroom, as packages are often left with them.

If you still can't find your package, please notify us within 48 hours of the "delivered" notification. We will immediately open an investigation with our courier partner. We will issue a full refund only after the investigation is complete, which can take up to 10 working days. After the 48-hour window, we may be unable to take action and will not be liable for any losses.
